Question Good PDF to Word conversion tool?

Got a document I need to work on only it's PDF and I only have Adobe Reader; I refuse to fork out for publisher when I only need to insert text in some places. Anyone know of any good, preferably free (trial versions, perhaps) conversion tools?

Or, do you think the Adobe Acrobat Professional try out software will do the trick so I can edit the document without changing it to word?

Professional is quite good. I could choose to fill in the form which opened the document in Adobe designer; I was then able to edit the whole document and insert and design new pages! I was well impressed!
