Recently on my laptop the outook express decided to lose all my saved folders and the emails that were in them I'm hoping that they are still stored somewhere on the PC and that I've just lost the folders somehow

I don't remember deleting the folders or the contents; it just seemed to 'happen' one evening!

I thought it may be a profile thing but I've checked and it doesn't seem to be this.

So, has this happened to anyone else? Why?
Can I find my emails - where would they be stored?

do a search for *.pst files as the mail will be in a xxx.pst file. It should be held under your profile in some hidden folders.
