Yep - Good the first time, utterly appalling the second.
Took my money without having the parts to build the p.c. in stock, and then attempted to fob me off with excuses.
One phone call to the Credit Card company sorted it out. They refunded me and chased Carrera themselves.

I bought 2 pc's from them a couple of years back with no problems at all. Had a letter a few months back saying that they had gone out of business or something and Watford had taken over and i could buy a warrenty from them, didn't bother

ah! i just bought one and it only lasted an hour! they have had it back for nearly a month now and wont reply to emails or give good explaination over phone why is has not been repaired yet. contacted credit card company last week + they are asking for more details now. also contacted bbc watchdog - so hopefully if enough people have had probs they may do a feature?
