BBC 1 Web sight saving help

Hi All

Can anyone tell me how you can save a news video from the BBC web sight please.

You need to view the source code of the pop-up window and identify the movie clip - usually a .rm/.ram/.mov file. set that up in a new file a a hyperlink and then right click on your hyperlink and choose save as....
