Can't send mail out on OE today - wanadoo BB
My wife's has rung up to say that she can recieve mail, but can't send it out on OE this morning - a message comes up as being an unexplained error.
We use Wanadoo Fast BB.
I've told her to switch to dial-up and see what happens but she has the same problem.
Wanadoo are saying that the OE copy is corrupt, but she's tried both of our machines (linked to Dlink router with ADSL modem) and the other has just the same problem.
Is the problem really our end or is there anything to chuck back to Wanadoo to check out?
Edited to add we both have NAV up to date yesterday. The only firewall is on the router.
