Just thought I'd post this in here to help those Ive seen struggling elshwhere on here

If you want to actually download a vid that starts in your browser, wait till the media player appears in your browser and the video is playing and then right click into the video area.
When you right click, you will see a "properties" bit on the menu .... select properties and under there will be the actual URL to the vid.
Copy the URL and paste it into internet explorer ... when you than hit "go" it will open media player and from there you can click "file>save as" etc

For some reason that properties bit does not always show, although I cannot think of an example right now
