Default probs sending mail to earthlink.net accounts

my client is having probs sending email confirmations to various earthlink addresses.

i have used all the various excuses, like they might have blocked certain sites, the zccounts may be invalid, or not paid for etc....

anyone got any other ideas???

....my solution is for them to use a "proper" mail address.. hahahah

You need to see the bounced mail headers before you can diagnose what the problem is

Some services like hotmail block mail from certain smtp sources.
My ex-employer had one of its mail servers blocked because one of the accounts on it was found to be spamming or something....
Your mail server may be 'blacklisted'

There is a constant spate of spam "going around" But until you look at the returned mail headers you are completely in the dark and just guessing as to why a mail wasn't delivered.
