Default Connecting to a Works Network from Home

Hi folks

Anyone know if this is possible, we have a small network at work just 3 pc's all running Windows Xp Home Sp2 with no Internet access.
Would be handy if we could connect into this somehow from home to access customers details etc. Really don't want to connect them up to the internet as such, we have a dedicated machine for that.
We have do have a broadband connection at both ends the office end has a static ip, Boss is running AOL at his home.

Anyone know if this can be done without opening the office stuff up to the perils of the internet.
Any suggestions gratefully received

you can install some remote control software on the work PC and connect it up to the modem, then from you home, dial into the work PC.

i done this before using pcAnywhere

For such a small set-up as suba suggested something like PC Anywhere is ideal, but you are paying dial-up charges if you use a modem. There are alternatives, but they all involve a semi-permanent web link.

Thanks folks

Pc Anywhere looks like the easiest option then, to be honest we aren't talking big distances office is in the next town about 4 miles, and we just need to access files not transfer anything, we have a program running on the works pc's which holds customer details, accounts etc we just need to access that.
Do you think that program would need to be installed on the home pc as well or would pc anywhere sort that

work PC - need pcAnywhere (or similar RC software), modem and connected to the fone line. pcAnywhere will "listen" if anyone is dialling in. you can setup password so only when you dial in, you have access to RC the PC.

home PC - need pcAnywhere (client) and modem.

Will connecting via a terminal server be useful in this scenario?
