Question Anyone use 'Opera' as a web browser?

I have just downloaded and tested Opera web browser for PC since it works nicely on the mobile phone. It seems to load the page graphics once and then quickly do it all over again - seems a bit strange...

yep ive been using opera for ages now
The funny thing is that scooobynet is the one site that is really slow with opera
So i have to use internet exporer here

Like you said, on scoobynet it sometime seem to load the page 2-3 times occasionally.

However Im sticking with opera since clicking forward and back is always instantaneous
Much faster than IE

Opera is a horrible piece of software and a nightmare to develop code for. It's got sooooooo many bugs, doesn't render stuff correctly, and doesn't implement the html standards properly (in several places).

You'd be much better off with firefox IMO.

I used to use Opera after I lost patience with IE, and before Firefox was introduced.

I'd have to agree with Iain Young's comments.

Question

So firefox is one of the best web browsers for PC? - what advantages does it have? - Any tips & tricks? - presumably a free download?

Are there any better browsers for mobile phones - I am running SE P900.

Cheers

Like Firefox. Love the tab system and it doesent load pages 'oddly' like Opera does.
