....ive broken the screen on my phone and need to put pics onto pc before i send the phone back.
because i cant see any functions on my phone screen i am having to do it via the cd rom with the phone.
i managed to get half the pics of yesterday and then it wouldnt let me get the rest
now when i go into phone tools on the pc i am being told that a modem doesnt exist and i have no signal, i am using the same modem as yesterday and have nothing running at the same time...
what can i do to

this has happened to me a few times, its a pain in the a$$
try starting from scratch with a new profile :-)

is that the bit where it says 'default'
i am not a very techie person
i must have tried 20000 times to get it working again

hey sara
when you open the program it says choose a profile, i clicked new and typed in a name, then the program opened as normal but this time it worked

thats what i had to do, if you keep trying to go on the same profile it wouldn't work,
try and new one and see how you go

i did it this morning switched the phone off and on, changed profile and got my rood pics off
