Angry Any PHP gurus?

Is there a way of using a standard 'vendor provided' dll (under windros) that's not php specific?

I'm trying to integrate TestDirector with CVS. TD provides an 'open' api based on a windros dll.. my 'plan' was to use PHP / webserver on a PC to make calls to the api based on http requests that I can inject from CVS using scripted telnet to the http server port....

Talk about a hack!

Also of interest, the TD server - TD Client is COM. I know PHP does com, but that's obscured by the TD Client API.. I take it there's no easy way of 'seeing' what the server COM api provides?
