Default PS2 and "Central Station"
The kids want to play Ratchet & Clank 3 online, however we need a "Central Station" account or something? We've managed to sort out the authentication issues, ie. the PS2 is talking to the servers fine - we just need to create an account.

We don't have a network setup disk. Is there anywhere on the net we can create an account?
