They're ok, not the cheapest though!
Lucky enough to have a shop near by so I just go there if I can't wait for something ordered over the web & pay the premium for the convenience

Is it Misco that was formerly known as Simply?

Ordered a colour laser printer from Simply, and it turned up next day as promised.

I've used them before and never had any problems with them. As said they aren't the cheapest for some stuff though. They were formally known as Global Direct, and I think they also bought Simply Computers.

We've used them at work... they seemed to be ok, small stuff arrived now problems, then i ordered a 22" monitor, we got told it was in stock, and should arrive asap, it didnt.... anyways after several weeks, phone calls and different messages, it turns out the monitor was never in stock, as they had to order it in. I eventually cancelled the order, and we've stopped using them.

Maybe it was a one off....dont know, but we aint gone back to find out

Used to use em quite a bit as warehouse was round the corner (wellingborough) so used to go and collect stuff.

Never used them via post, but they are a decent enough size and have been around a while...

Thumbs down

They're idiots imo, and way overpriced. I bought a netgear router / Free wireless adapter bundle. The wireless adapter failed within warranty. So they only wanted me to send the whole lot back, and not just the wireless adapter Oh yeh thanks, no internet access for weeks (it takes this long to process apparently ) when you could just send me a new wireless adapter So I asked if I buy a new wireless adapter by itself would they refund me on return of the faulty one? Nope! They can only replace on receiving back all the original goods! Stupid red tape, no common sense, I won't be using them again
