Broadband Monitoring Question
I haved a broadband connection at home, and a wireless network through a Netgear router.
Is there some way to tell (apart from asking) whether another computer on the network is file sharing? Or at least to look at the volumes of data through that particular computer on the network?
Also, is there some way - e.g. some software I can use - to log all sites visited through the router?
The router doesn't seem to provide for either of these.
Thanks!

FJH, what model is the Netgear? Some of them support rudimentary monitoring of traffic by something called SNMP although this wouldn't get you a log file, just the traffic in/out stats for each port. To get a log, you'd need to install a proxy (or similar) between your clients and the router, but as you probably have an integrated WiFi AP/Router/Modem then you will find this impossible!
