pc utilities

any one recomend a decent pc utilities that can repair hdds,
cos it keeps having problems,
this is the 2nd time i need to reinstall windows.
i think some settings are having trouble too.

you sure its not something else like a virus or spyware from the net? What are the symptoms? What checks have you already done?
