Best graphics card for £150?

I've got £150 for a new graphics card. I'm currently running a GeForce2 Ti which is creaking under the latest games such as Half Life 2 LOL!

What would anyone recommend as a replacement car? My motherboard supports AGP 8x but other than that i've tried doing a bit of research but can't seem to come up wth a definitive answer.

I've found the following card, any good?

The 6600GT (128MB) is a cracking card for about £120.
Requires at least 512MB RAM to run properly though.

Runs Doom 3 etc no probs

just ordered a new setup and have went pci express,

currently have a 6600gt bought from overclockers.co.uk about 4 months ago
