Complex PDF > HTML conversion
I'm trying to convert a fairly complex PDF to HTML - using automated software.
I've tried Abbyy & ScanSoft - Abbyy fails badly & scansoft only transforms into word - which in turn won't transform into HTML.
An example of the PDF is here:

Suggestions? - in a money not a problem way.
