White spec c with credits from GT3 now fitted with everything including Nitrous
Just about done all the races I can in this so I have to start buying other cars so I can complete the remaining races and move onto the extreme races etc... The Version 6 Type R in the late 90's section is just to tempting though!

Not bought anything yet did all the licences first. So using the Nismo 270R that you get after doing IA licence. At the minute it`s got around 330BHP and running the ring in around 7:50.

A Skyline and it was crap. I then traded this in for a 94 Scooby, which was also crap. Even with it tuned up to 400 odd horses and full suspension, etc... it was still poor. I then won some special rally car and got loads of credit. With this credit I then went and got a Spec C and tuned it to 501 bhp, full races tyres, etc... and this car is WAYYYYYYYYYY better than the previous ones!

spec-c, then a caterham 7. Realised the caterham was just uncontrollable so wiped my memory card and started again with just the spec-c. Gently modded and in use daily!
Trying to complete all the licence tests to gold standard, what a pain that is.
hoping to get a couple of hours of practice tonight, off work tomorrow so might have to spend the day playing!

Got it Friday and haven't had much time to play over the weekend. I've decided to start again from scratch for a bit more of a challenge. I bought an aged Skyline ('90 IIRC) in the second hand section, got stage two turbo, exhaust/filter, sports brakes, sports ROM, and possibly a few other bits I can't remember, oh and Nitrous Goes quite well

Bought an Evo 1 for my first car, modded to 349bhp, was enough to win the Capri Rally (just) and then got the Toyota rally car which I then used to do the Capri Rally several times and selling off each new won car. Then went shopping with the credits and bought:
Audi RS6 (Red)
BMW M3 (Silver)
Scooby STI 6 (Silver)
Scooby STI 6 type R (Silver)
Scooby Spec C (Blue)
Classic Porsche 911 Turbo (White and Black)
Thats enough to keep me busy for a while

I also bought the old Skyline, but I haven't won enough money to improve it yet. I'm still pottering about in the sloooooow races.
Before I first inserted the GT4 disk into the PS2, I thought 'I might as well clear the game data from GT3', since I had just part exchanged it at Game. D'OH! I could have started with 100k, instead I have practically nothing.
I think the game is great, but if I'm honest I think I've spent way more time on Nurburgring in Arcade mode so far, rather than playing the GT mode.

That wheels better than the one in my MY00...
just realised I've got a duff DS2 controller! It's a proper Sony one but one of the transparent ones - the weights on the right hand side vibrator (oo-er!) are missing, and it doesn't turn either there's no bits lying around inside so it must have been like that from new...
