Default Bargin of the century...

Went in to my local GAME store (Luton) to buy GT4, and on the stand where the empty cases were, and on the cases was two stickers one that said £39.99 crossed out and £29.99 instead. The 2nd sticker said, 99p when you trade in any 4 Conscole games and what did i happen to have in a plastic bag...4 PS2 games to get rid off

They brought the games off of me for £7.25 each = £29 and i gave them £1 and the game was mine.

I am now off to plug in my PS2 hook it up to a Race Rig ( www.racerig.co.uk ) and start playing the 'The Real Driving Simulator'. might not be seen for a few days

I just thought i had to tell someone about my £1 expence i had this morning.

Cheers

Darren

Do the games have to be mint? ie, no scratches on discs, manuals, etc.

I have games I want to get rid off but i know they have a few scratches on. Still work but when you look at the disc, you can see a few small scratches.

The guy behind the counter just scanned the games in and did not bother to look at them.

I take it you can't use any other steering wheel and pedal's with the race rig?

They won't take football or wrestling games though as part of the part ex deal so be warned.I took some old games of mine and ended up having to go to Gamestation to buy a couple of crappy games for 4 quid and part ex'ed them!!

Good luck
