Default 100% CPU - Finding the cause?

I've got a Win2k03 server running IIS and doing loads of fancy .NET ASP backend stuff that's far too complicated to explain.

The problem is DLLHOST.exe is using 100% CPU permanently during busy periods. I've used perfmon to look at all the (145) threads to see which it is but none show any obvious signs of being the culprit, although 50 of the threads are more active than the others, most bimble along at 0% with the occasional 100% spike.

What I really need to find is which dll is causing the problem. Using things like listdlls.exe, handles.exe and procexp.exe tell me which dll's are in use but don't give me any indication of which dll's are using most CPU time.

Any ideas (either software to use to investigate further or places to look for more info)?

Or does anyone know how to use Windbg at it may as well be in Russian for all I know.

UPDATE: I have identified particular thread id's that are taking up CPU time, anyone know how to relate thread id's back to a dll or whatever the thread is actually doing?
