.ntf files to Excel or Word ?

Default .ntf files to Excel or Word ?

Anyone know how to import or convert these files into a readable format within either Excel or Word ?

Depends on whether its a Lotus Notes file or a UK Ordnance Survey file.

Yes good point - I should have been more specific. It's a Lotus Notes file

Do you know whats in the file ? Have you tried opening it in Outlook ?

I think it's a contact list, but may not be. I have tried to import it into Outlook using the various translators, but no luck. Unfortunately I dont have access to Lotus Notes to check or export it.
