transferring pics form phone
what do i need to get photos that i took on the mobile
to transfer them to my computer
phones are bluetooth , panasonic x70 , moto v600 , samsung d500
any links etc would be appreciated

I have had nothing but pain transferring stuff to and from phones.
I would start with a visit to the phone manufacturers sites and see if they have connection suite software. Secondly I would choose a method of communication - I believe all of those phones have IR as do many laptops, Belkein also make a USB IR adapter which you can just plug in and your PC should be able to talk to the phone (in theory)
As I said - world of pain in my experience!

If they've got Bluetooth, go for that over IR - much better, faster and easier.
You need a Bluetooth USB device such as...

I use the USB cable from phone to pc which is really easy or I put the phone memory stick into my USB card reader which is even easier (and quicker) or email them from my phone as attachments to myself
I've used Bluetooth in the past but had no end of problems getting the Sony software to work with the Bluetooth dongle software and XP.

i had a feeling it was the 'dongle' i needed
there on a certain auction website at pretty reasonable prices
ill get 1 now

Hmm..
I got a D500.... and a dongle from 02... but all i can do is transfer from pc...
If ya go to the samsung site download easystudio... that may be better software to use!!... only prob is it takes me 17hrs to download on my slow 56k dial up connection!So waiting for a copy on a disc....
