Default What keeps dialling my ISP?

Running a small XP network with 2 PC's - one is the Web host the other connects via the network. Some programme keeps reconnecting to my ISP after it's been disconnected for a couple of mins. Don't suspect anything sinister as it's only my ISP it dials (have checked) and we're on a 24/7 ISDN deal anyhow.
Both PC's fully updated XP and running latest McAffee and Zonealarm so as secure as I can make them..

It's just bloody frustrating - anyway I can find what's triggering this?

Reset all your firewall permissions and wait and see what asks for permission to access the internet?

Have a look in your Startup folder and see what's in there.
