Hi,

used WIndows Backup to backup my exchange store. Tried restoring it after we had a fresh copy of Win Server 2003 installed and followed instructions but having trouble mounting the store once the restore is complete.

Can anybody recommend me a program or a method that I can use to restore the bkf file that the backup program produces and get access to all backed up emails please ?

Looked on MS's knowledge base and found a few articles, neither of which helped

What errors are you getting back during the mount?

Make the filename and the name of the Mailbox Store (ie Mailbox Store (Server01)) are exactly the same as what they were previously. Copy all the log files to out of the log directory - that should be it.....
