If you've previously held an internet account with GIO but cancelled you may well have received a letter from Wescott Credit Services dated 22nd December 2004 demanding payment of a 'debt' by 3rd January 2005.

Well it appears they [GIO] are colluding with Wescott in order to save their own company from going down the pan.

or the number given by Wescott (as they have returned all debts to GIO to sort out!) 0871 433 2000 - Tony Gilmore, tells you that you are 1st in the queue but continues to tell you that for over 10 mins - yet another scam!
