Default Add disclaimer to emails in exchange SBE 2003?

Does anyone know if it's possible to add a company disclaimer to all emails sent via Exchange Server SBE 2003?

I know you can do it individually via tools, Options, Mail Format, signatures e.t.c. but would like to set up the exchange so it does it for you?

Any ideas, or is it not possible without paying for extra software to do it?

Ta

Tony

AFAIK no; it's not built-in to Exchange 2003.

We use the GFI product (name escapes me). After the trial period, the disclaimer function still works.

Thanks Stefan.

There's only 5 clients so I'll add them individually using a template.

The GFI product looks quite good though...
