Help! viruses etc.
My pcs driving me up the wall. i have XP (dun-dun-DER!!!). Ive got search miracle locked as amy home page which keeps automatically searching for **** for me I cant change it. my CPUs at 100% all the time and I cant run housecall or anythin else. After 2 mins it shuts the program downloen itself. What do i do

If you can get on the web for long enough - Spy Sweeper or Spybot should help you. If Spybot can't delete all the nasty stuff, it will prompt you to reboot the PC. Spybot can run before Windows starts, getting rid of all the crap before it fires up.
Once you've done that, get yourself a firewall (such as Sygate Personal Firewall - free), some decent anti virus software (Avast and AVG are both free to home users) and Spyware Blaster - again free. This sits in the background and blocks all ther spyware / malware stuff that you've currently got on your PC. Do a Google search on any of the products mentioned to find a download site.

spybot is prob the best for removing spyware , but sounds like u may have picked up a virus. do a search on google for panda scan which is a free virus checker and follow the instructions and search your entire computer. it's great for finding viruses and will automaticly remove most of them.
