Question can you identify a game for the n64

can anyone identify a game for the N64,

i believe it was one of the last games to be released, it was a shootem up, adventure but utilised all of the expansion pack for full effect,

apparantly it was akin to having two games, on the cartridge, if you had no exp pack you played one version of the game, but with the full pack you got the whole game..

for some reason the name perfect dark rings bells but i dont know if thats right

Sounds like Perfect Dark - the exp pack gave you more options (in multi player I think) and it did come out towards the end of N64 but Perfect Dark is not a shoot-em up. So maybe your thinking of something else?

Eh? Perfect Dark is a Shoot 'em up. Sure you have to think about your moves through the game, but in the classic sense it's still a shoot 'em up.
mart360 Perfect Dark is the game you arte thinking about. A very good game and now a bargain for about £12.

Could it be Turok, if you had the expansion pack you got better graphics or larger levels cant remember now which it was.

Although im sure this was out way before the end of the N64.

Nah, definitely Perfect Dark - the supposed sequel to the hallowed Goldeneye, not a Bond game but by the same people etc.

A good game, but no Goldeneye - but then again, it was a very hard game to beat. Been playing Rogue Agent on the xbox this weekend, which is a great game - but still doesn't beat Goldeneye IMO.

Don't forget Perfect Dark Zero which is 'supposed' to be on the way in 2005

I'm just being a bit picky - games like R-type are shoot-em ups, Perfect dark is a 1st person shooter!

Coat got.
