I'm going to start sending a weekly plan of my appointments etc to head office via email.

Has anyone got a decent template or something I could edit and use again and again. A presentable calendar/diary document . . . thing.

do you use outlook.

i have office 2003 version and am able, when in calendar to export as a spreadsheet all the information between 2 dates.

that should sort you out..
