I really did enjoy my first online outing on Halo2, however, as I knew I would, I got reamed.

Could some of the far better players please give me some pearls of wisdom on how to beef up my playing skills, so I can at least slaughter a few innocents

ps: I thought the rocket only game was fantastic

Practice..........

Practice will make your aim better then you'll start winning more one on ones. Remember your Melee attack (B) I think. when your in close and you've knocked out the shield one hit can kill

Play more Team games to start. Your lack of skill will be watered down by others on your team. This mode gives you the chance to see how others are doing it. Just pick the main man in the room and follow him.

I play with twigster a lot so I'll see you online before xmas. Enjoy

I do me best mate!! Trick is to keep moving, not stop and shoot!! Use your motion tracker to see if anyone is coming, it helps you to get an idea of where everyone is (Although not always! ) And finally, the thing I find is that head-shots are better, so it's worth practising to avoid the recoil from the SMG so you can keep focused on the head.

Different weapon combos are also good, pistol and SMG is good, plasma rifle and SMG is my favourite!!
