Looking to buy an older laptop...
Anyone here able to point me in the right direction? It just needs to be a PC, about 500Mhz & have a 56k modem and have win 98 or 2000.
I'm going to get my folks online at Xmas - wish me luck!!!!
If you have an old one yourself that you want to shift, PM me.

I have been bidding for a few on e-bay, but I think the prices they go for represent terrible value when you cant get brand new Dell ones for £500 and the processor speed is in four digits. £250 for an old way out of date laptop with a tired battery? No thanks!
My folks may not like it/want it/be able to use it - so a £100 punt on something VERY non flash is all I would like to do.
