Java sucks big time!
Its secure everything runs in a sandbox....thats been proved bollox
Write once run anywhere...partial bollox
Java is as fast as C++, who f**k came up with that bollox!

just to point out , what it can do after the OS is compremised is dependent on the OS.
Windows, since has no proper userspace can be trashed. In Linux and other proper OSs you cant do much if anything.

I got CWS from Java in IE. i had to format and re-install XP-Pro in the end. I haven't put Java on this time, and thus far apart from instant chat things I don't use anyway, I haven't missed anything.
