Default Bonded ADSL Hardware

Anyone out there know about bonded ADSL ?

Was thinking of binding 2 512k lines to form a 1mb connection but have been advised to get cisco 1721 with 2 ADSL WICs to manage it all. This costs around £1200 plus vat, is there a more cost effective solution ?

Objective is to provide connectivity to a number of properties over a locustworld wireless mesh, so the kit needs to work OK with a mesh box.

Cheers

Ken

Just a thought but a Linux box could probably do this quite easily if you're short on cash. Also, consider getting your DSL from two different providers so you would have some redundancy on the connection. Or a mix of 1 cable, 1 DSL.

No practical experience though so I'll shut up now
