Question Hotmail and Outlook

Just signed up for Hotmail Plus (just had a baby yeaterday so want to send piccies...yep its happening to me sending evryone thousands of pics, talking constantly about babies etc...enough ).

Tried to use Outlook with Hotmail as default bu cannot view the mails. I have syncro'd but still cannot seem to get any result.

I think you have to pay for Hotmail to work through Hotmail now. Or is that Hotmail Plus?

MS are going to withdraw Hotmail via Outlook/Express some time in the New Year. Paid-for Hotmail services (like Hotmail Plus) are exempt from this and will continue to support non-web access.

News story here.

I pay around 11 quid per annum IIRC and get 2GB of space and 20MB attachments, so worth upgrading if everyone you know has your hotmail email address. I find Outlook Express perfect for using my hotmail account, much much better than the web access.
