Laptop batteries

Anyone got any ideas where to get laptop batteries? Need a spare for my VAIO and I ain't paying the £160 odd that Sony want!

Have a look at Batteries UK - they do replacement batteries for loads of laptops. Prices for Vaio's seem to start at around £70.
