Icon(.ico) creation from .bmp files
I want to create some icons for use in an application, but they have to be 16x16 .ico files.
I have some .bmp files, but need to convert them to .ico files.
Can anyone recommend a freeware program to do this?

Try this link and download the software, we use it at work to create our Icons for our software and have no trouble what so ever. Plus its free.
