Best way to add Bluetooth to a laptop??

Question Best way to add Bluetooth to a laptop??
Have recently bought a new Nokia phone which has BlueTooth capability. Also have an IBM T30 laptop and wondered what is the best way to add BlueTooth capability to it so I can easily transfer data between it and the phone etc.

I'm guessing my options are either a PC card or a USB dongle-thing. Which would be best/fastest??
