Default AGP aperture?

defaults at 128mb. if youve got a 256mb card should you change it to 256?

I think it should usually be set to half your system ram, not the video ram.

That formula is no longer true - you actually get better performance if you set it low (32MB) if you have a good gfx card. The only time you should set it higher is if you have a high end machine, but a low end gfx card (like a GF4 440MX on an FX53 rig!) and you want to run at high graphics settings.

its a 3.2 256mb 6800GT 1gig ram

so set it to 32mb then

Yes. As worst it will make no difference at all (on mine it changes my 3DMark2003 score by one point) at best it will help - but only a very little.
