Picture upload programme on a WWW site ?

Picture upload programme on a WWW site ?
As many of you know i have a few website thats are hosted for me, at the moment i FTP all my pics up into folders on www.evocity.co.uk
Now problem i have is keeping everything easy and sorted.
Say for example i woul like to find a pic thats allready in the folder, when i browse using my ftp uloader you cant see the pictures.
its a bit of a pain.
Is there a programe i can upload to evocity.co.uk which works like photobucket, so i can upload load them and see them as a Web page ??
