Two iPods running from the same PC ?
I'm just about to buy the GF an iPod Mini and want to run both of them from the one PC My 40GB has around 30GB so all that won't fit onto the mini. The only thing I can see to do is have iTunes set so I have to update manually.
Is it possible to make two Libary's in iTunes so that each Pod could be updated from it's own libary.
Help

On the Mac, each user on the system has their own library. If you configure iTunes for Windows to use the My Music folder in My Documents, the same will apply if you create a seperate account for your girlfriend on your PC.
You then sync your iPod with your account and your girlfriend with hers. To keep a single Music folder, simply create a shortcut and point iTunes to that.
Eg:
1) C:\iTunes Music (your music folder, could be anywhere you choose, even a different hard disk)
2) C:\Documents and Settings\USER1\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Music (shortcut to 1)
3) C:\Documents and Settings\USER2\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Music (shortcut to 1)
So iTunes uses the one folder for music, but keeps the iTunes Library files seperate. You can then create your own playlists etc.
To keep both libraries updated, import all your music using one of the accounts. Then log in as the other user and drag-and-drop the iTunes Music folder onto the main iTunes window. iTunes will scan the folder for any changes and update itself with the new music.
This all sounds a bit complicated but it isn't really. If anyone could help me out in explaining it a bit clearer, please do!
