it's a SODIMM (sp) 64 Meg, CAS 3 - probabily PC100 might be PC66

go to

www.crucial.com/uk

And select your laptop they'll tell you what you need.

Already checked Crucial and it's not on their list. But now I know what to ask for
Short of me counting them how many pins does this have?

seeing that it has 143 stamped on the right hand side I say it's got 143 pins ...unless it's double sided (depends what the pin numbering says on the other side).
