Good but cheap PS2 doom-esque game
Anyone any ideas?
Something like unreal tournament/doom/medal of honour etc. go round rooms shooting stuff. To play at home, not on the net etc.
Preferably something easy to play, addictive where you can 'progress'. I get bored of games where you get stuff early on and can't move on or have to keep retrying a level. I'm no hard core gamer. Bascially after something that's a 'laugh' and can pick up for 30 minutes at a time rather than 30 hours.

Cheers. I got Timesplitters 2 for £15 (they had its predecessor for a fiver but I thought what the hell). 3/4 levels in and it's great fun. Each level is rather different which is great.

TimeSplitters 2 is quality 
currently stuck on the dam level on hard mode - can't get past the chopper.

Red Faction - brilliant controls (cannot get on with MoH at all - controls are cak!)
Just got Red Faction 2 - Game are doing these games secondhand for £3:67 or something!
Well worth the money!
