Bypassing internet filters
Does anybody know of any websites that you can use to enter a URL that is otherwise blocked??
It jumbles up the URL or whatever, thus allowing access.

Purposefully circumventing your companies internet security policy is in all likelihood a sackable offence these days.
You only have to read the threads on here to see companies take it very seriously these days.
Do you really need to see a particular website at work *that* badly ?

Agree with dsmith - silly.
If your people check their logs regularly (which they should do as its part of their job) then they'll see a lot of traffic to megaproxy from you. One check of the site will see what its about & they'll come down on you like a tonne of bricks.
Your job - your choice

If you have XP Pro at home, set up remote desktop and then just RDP to home and view the site on your home pc. That's what most people do at our place. Well, i should say they did, I changed the firewall rules last week so only people i like can do it.

Besides which if your company is using something like Websense, Proxy Avoidance / URL translation sites are blocked anyway - and logged... <hint, hint>
We do, (well *I* do) and I get to see the logs, and print them, and prepare them for disciplinary reports... (bigger hint)

for example http://translate.google.com/translat...w.amazon.co.uk
or http://translate.google.com/translate?u=www.play.co.uk
