Help-File I can't delete
I have an .avi that will not delete(file is in use by another person or program). There are no other programs running, have restarted the computer and tried to delete from within Nero but to no avail.
The file was downloaded from Emule and turned out to be fake.
Thanks in advance for any help.

This file was probably made up of a lot of small temp files from various users, ehich is then compiled together upon completion.
Try this - START then RUN then type CMD
then CD\
followed immediately by the folder that the file is in
then DELETE FILENAME
If not, boot windows xp cd then go to repair console and remove from there.
Or even safe mode by typing F8 at startup and deleting through windows again

I had the same problem. They are deletable by doing f8 at startup and choosing safe mode with command prompt. Then use the cd command to get to the directory and then do a del filename. I managed to delete several crashed torrent files this way.
