When the hell is MOH Pacific Assault out?

Why is it taking so long on PC after being out before Xmas on the Xbox?

Rising Sun was what actually came out on the X-box.

Pacific Assault has a release date of November according to Amazon.

Is it not the same thing? It was due out april 2004 when I had it on pre-order then I gave up waiting.
