Cheap/Free WAV editors for PC?
Hi,
The BMG copy control on CD's is now getting on my nerves. This is the 2nd albumn I've spent my cash on in two weeks that is totally borked when ripped.
Track 10 is now 24+ mins long and tracks 11,12,13,14,15 are all 10 seconds each... They include some software on the CD to play these correctly (ie. cut the large track into smaller chunks and play from an offset) but its a _real_ pain in the ash when it comes to converting to MP3.
I now have a load of really small tracks at the end of the album all with correct names etc and I want it how it should be, ie tunes with the right lengths/names.
Sooo, what I'm asking is, does anyone use or know of a free/cheap WAV cutting tool that I can use on the raw rip to cut my tunes into the right lengths before encoding?
Thanks in advance,
Jules
