My comps poorly..
And TBH if it doesn't stop crashing every time it just feels like it, keeps failing to load programs, popping the blue screen errors like it's the norm and generally pissing me off, it will be experiencing the effect of the gravity and the earths pull all 18 feet from my window!!
Is there anyway I can just start again with it?
I'm tempted to go and buy a damn laptop!
cheers.

Yep I think I've got all the orig. discs with it.
Its win 98 and it should be a pretty fast machine but its slow as f*k on loading up ATM.
I think I'm just going to get a Laptop, this ones too damn buggered.

Is it win 98 SE (second edition)?
I would'nt bother re-installing anything older.
Backup all your important stuff, make sure you have all the discs to your installed programs, then create a startup disc (floppy) with all MS dos tools (including "FDISK")
Boot from floppy. run fdisk from the command promt. Format the hard drive (fdisc C). Once done, bung in the windows CD, boot off the CD, and install windows. Then all of your other crap.
It's the only way - unless you have a hardware fault.
I would go into more detail, but I presume you have a clue, and I can't remember the specifics
