Reversing colours in Photoshop...
I need to change this 
so the reverse colour scheme applies - Blue on White background not White on Blue background.
What's the easiest and tidyest method of doing this in photoshop?

There are a number of ways to do this, colour replace or masking layers etc, have alook in p-shop help for the guides and have a play
