Angry Dreamweaver MX 2004 madness...

I'm trying to get MX 2004 to create a pop-up window by using the a href='onclick blah blah' javacsript... the ****** won't let me for some reason.

Anyone got an idea what it's doing?

All I want ot to do is open a 500 x 334 window to display an image...

Hi mate,

make sure your using a js enabled page..

assuming you will be launching from a graphic for example 85 x 20 with mouseover heres an example:

<a href="#" onMouseOut="MM_swapImgRestore()" onMouseOver="MM_swapImage('ImageName','','URLhere/buttonb.gif',1)"><img name="ImageName" border="0" src="URLhere/button.gif" width="85" height="20" onClick="MM_openBrWindow('pictureURL.jpg','window title here','width=500,height=334')"></a>

btw no scroll bars will appear

I find MX a pain sometimes so always use UltraDev when I get annoyed, find it better for layouts etc, hope that helps
