ok... here's a question then.

A modded Xbox with a 200 gig HD installed. It was set-up using Slayers all-in-one, and was led to believe that the drive would be partitioned C, and F (up to 137 gig) and G with the remainder of the space.

Now I don't have a G drive, either visible in FTP, avalaunch, or EvoX..... although when I boot off Slayers', it displays a drive G.

Dunk.... (or anyone else in the know) ... can you help?

Sorry, only just seen this.

What bios are you using ? You need to use bios with the LBA hack.

If you use Xecuter bios you get 2 files (Bios Files xxxx.06 and xxxx.67).

06 is for one large F partition - This is what I use.

67 is for allocating any space over 137Gb to the G drive.

Sounds like you have old or incorrect bios flashed to your chip or TSOP.

If you've still got the Slayer install disc (v2.5 i think is the final) there is an option to format each individual drive, just reformat drive G:

If u have somehow gone in to the setup and said use drive g: no, and then gone back in and set it to yes it no longer works, hence a reformat should solve this problem, failing that, use the xbox save manager to transfer your save game files to your pc and re-format the lot then restore your saves

It was a ini or config file or something.
